BOWKETT'S SUPERMARKET SCORED 90.5% - rating Above Average - in the recent Mystery Shopper Survey.  Malvern Hills District Council in conjunction with Skillsmart Retail recently sent mystery shoppers to retailers in Tenbury Wells. Trained market research professionals secretly assessed independent shops in Tenbury as part of the project commissioned by Advantage West Midlands. 

Bowkett's was visited on two separate occasions by mystery shoppers and we are extremely happy with the results. The overall comments made by the mystery shoppers were:- "This store had very friendly staff and a good selection of produce for a small supermarket. The fresh produce looked especially nice with some local cheeses to buy" - and - "This was a pleasant supermarket promoting local produce, the store was well laid-out and the members of staff were knowledgeable and friendly".

Obviously we know we have friendly staff and quality produce but it's really nice for someone else to tell us...
