You may park outside Bowkett's on the Square Car Park or in the Royal Oak Car Park. Both Car Parks are Free for a maximum 2 hour stay. There is a barrier system in operation on the Royal Oak Car Park - on entry the barrier will lift automatically - to exit please ensure that you collect the four digit exit code from the cashier on completion of your transaction.

Please also ask if you would like assistance with carrying your shopping to the car as one of our staff will be only too happy to help.

We accept all major credit & debit cards except American Express. Cheques are accepted with a current cheque guarantee card.

Yes we do Mobile Phone top up's for each of the 4 main networks - We sell Top-Up Vouchers and also we now sell SIM cards for ORANGE, VODAFONE, TMOBILE, O2 & LYCA MOBILE "Call the World for Less" on Pay as you Go Tariff.

Yes, we sell books of 6 x 1st Class, 12 x 1st Class & 12 x 2nd Class. There is also a postbox conveniently situated  just outside the shop.

We charge 7p per A4 black & white copy and 10p per A3 black & white copy. 

Gift Vouchers are available at the till. We offer £20, £10 & £5 vouchers.

We sell £1 saving stamps (available from a self service wall unit). The Idea is to collect enough £1 stickers to fill a £50 Saving card (also available from the wall unit). Many people find this a useful way to save towards shopping at Christmas, although the saving stamps can be redeemed at anytime against purchases made in-store.

To advertise on the notice board in the checkout area is 25p per week (50p per week for businesses). All money collected from this service will be donated to charity. Please speak to a member of staff before adding your notice to our board.

This scheme is run by the UK Health Department to assist pregnant women and young children to eat more healthily. At Bowkett's we accept vouchers for this scheme.
